The next chester social is gonna be a little different with a change of day . Saturday 5th July from 4pm onwards location will be finalised closer to time . Add names to list . Looking forward to this already .

Absolutely love the time of the event as I don't drive therefore dependant upon Public Transport plus those living as far as Crewe can get a direct bus to Chester.
May, I suggest that you send circular inbox messages to previous attendees of your popular socials. That way people will respond.
Sadly, the site hasn't got a Cc: function like E-Mail so it can take a while yet it's a Microsoft Notepad typed document that's copied then pasted to an Inbox Message.
Good luck with the event that I can definitely attend.

"quick question roughly what time is it expected to run on till ? Only with work and time to get ready and get there we are unsure as to work the full day or sneak off early. "

Your doing a great job and organising this event - I know from experience it’s hard to organise and the time and effort that goes into these socials is hard work so well done and looking forward to Saturday xxx |
