Hope Street is expensive. Slightly out of the centre and across from the Liverpool Philharmonic Theatre.. no key card access required in lifts.
Although I dont think its a place for hookups as the main reception looks towards the lift doors.. but it might be ok if the person going for a meet is confident to walk through the main entrance, through the door in front to the lifts. |

"Mercury Atlantis is easy access, I use to work there.
All you do is go to lift and enter the room if open, nobody will ask anything and nobody cares how many ppl gets in.
Private and discreet."
Mercure Atlantic is great no key cards and lift away from reception view. Stayed a few times with fwb and also had the pleasure of listening to couple in next room as the walls are quite thin |
