Q: When is the event? – A: Saturday 26th September 2026 at 7.30pm.
Q: Where is it? – A: A stylish licensed venue in Bristol city centre (BS1)
Q: When will you tell us the location? – A: We’ll send everyone on the guest list full joining instructions around a week before the event.
Q: How much will the event cost? – A: £10 per person, payable on the door.
Q: How do I join the guest list? – A: Write a post below saying you’re coming or message us (Dirty130).
Q: Can we play on the premises? – A: No, this is a social only event. However, there is nothing stopping you taking people home / onwards after the event finishes.
Q: Do we have private use of the venue? A: Yes, until 10pm; after which the venue will open to the public. We are welcome to stay as late as we want.
Q: Who can attend? – A: Any validated (green tick/flag) couple (mf) or single lady (f). All ages and preferences are very welcome.
Q: I’m a single female; can I bring a male partner? – A: Yes, however please remember that you’re attending as a couple. Arrive together; socialise together; leave together.
Q: I’m a single male / CD / TS / TV / MM; can I join the guest list? – A: Sorry no, this is a couples and single ladies only event.
Q: How long will the event last? – A: Officially about 3 hours, however the venue is open until late if you want to stay longer.
Q: Have you run this event before? – A: Yes, this will be our 38th BRISTOL Social.
Q: Can you suggest any hotels? A: If you want a premium option: Marriott Royal, College Green, BS1 5TA. Mid-range option: The Bristol Hotel, Prince St, Bristol BS1 4QF. The best budget options are: Travelodge, Anchor Road, BS1 5TT or Ibis Bristol Centre, Explore Lane, BS1 5TY.
Q: What is happening afterwards, are there any plans? A: We’re just running the social; what happens afterwards is totally up to you. However, there’s ALWAYS plenty going on afterwards.
Q: What is the dress code? – A: Think stylish bar/club rather than pub. Ladies: Sexy night out in town (eg. LBD, cocktail dress) | Men: Smarter end of ‘smart casual’ (smart jeans and a shirt is fine).
Q: What can I/we do to help? – A: Promote the event, tell your friends, post it in your status and encourage people to sign-up. It is what you make it!
