Ā Itās still only September but the Celebrations tubs are in Tesco, someoneās bound to have already put their tree up and we all know whatās comingā¦
So before the festive madness takes over, weāre doing Christmas our way. No jumpers. No tinsel. No Noddy Holder & a complete Maria Carey free zone.
Instead, welcome to the UDP anti Christmas sports social, bah humbug & balls. Game on!

Saturday 14th November, 7pm ātil 1am
ā° New Ladies hour, 6-7pm
š Central Leamington Spa
š· Ā£20 per couple
š· Ā£10 solo ladies
š· Ā£20 solo gents by invitation only
š Dress Code, wear YOUR sport. Gents, no footy team shirts as a lazy cop out. Show us what you actually do. Darts. Bowling. Running. Gym.ā¦ you get the gist. Ladies, maybe youāre a fitness enthusiast or cyclist and love your lycra. Or perhaps you prefer to rock your tennis whites, a netball kit, yoga gear, or youāre happiest in your shooting wax jacket & Hunters.
NEW: Ladies Hour
Girls, if you want to, join us early for drinks and all the chat we never have when the boys are hovering nearby. Think of it as a little pre-match warm up. The newbie nerves, the āis it just me?ā moments and all those things only us girls really get. Gents, no balls allowed - for this hour youāre relegated to the bar downstairs while the ladies have some girl time.
Ready to play? Message us for payment details and secure your place on the guest list team sheet. Once weāre full itās subs bench time and nobody wants to be sat on there watching everyone else have the fun. Donāt wait until the final whistle. Get your payment sorted, secure your place and join the UDP Bah Humbug fun. Weāll see you on the course in your gear ready to tee off. |

Once again weāve been absolutely blown away by the response, support and sheer enthusiasm for doing Christmas a little differently.
So, if youāre on the team sheet, CONGRATULATIONS. YOUāRE IN.
If youāre notā¦ wellā¦ you may have just committed the ultimate Christmas foul. š¬š
BUTā¦ there is still hope.
š THE RESERVE LIST IS NOW OPEN.
Plans do change, so if youāve been sitting on the fence or thought āIāll sort it laterā there may still be a chance to join us.
Expect zero festive schmaltz, plenty of balls, a healthy dose of sporting chaos and absolutely no apologies for saying Bah Humbug to a traditional Christmas party.
