Hi and welcome.
Are you actively searching for people you would like to meet? Ladies on fab are the smallest group so are very much in demand. You need to be looking for them and many choose not to search themselves - they don't need to because they get lots of people contacting them first.
Because ladies are very much in demand they pretty much have the pick of the site. To attract their attention you need to stand out from the crowd. I can't offer you any specific profile advice because you haven't asked for it so I will suggest you do a forum search for it. There are hundreds of threads with some really good advice on there. They're mostly asked by single men but the advice given is relevant for everyone.
