If you visit their profile and it says Profile Not Available
This member has hidden their profile. then it's hidden from public view
If it says You can't view this profile
This profile is not available for you to view.
This can be one of three things: User's account is suspended by admin, user has blocked you or you have blocked user.
Then they have blocked you or you've blocked them

Rarely in my experience. If you report someone admin block both yourself and other party from seeing each other but as I found out once as an ex was able to see my status and profile pic.
Go to basic search type in say you are for example male looking for a woman and you know the persons age so for example she is 25 you put say 25 to 26 to narrow search if you remember what the other person was looking for on profile ie looking for a man and it gives you option of say within 10 mile of you then click go it will show list. The person unless left fab should be there the account is small.
This as I found out is ideal for folk to keep tabs on you.
I mentioned this to fab many times even said get rid of basic search because a block on fab aint a true block if you can be seen if online by basic search |

When you upload a picture you have a choice for it to be put on private, public or friend's only.
Hot photos happens automatically when a photo receives a high amount of fabs in a 12-hour or 24-hour period |
