Tried everything

Mobile "who's near" has stopped working, tried all the instructions and settings, switched the iPhone on and off and tested location service in other apps, which work. Any ideas?

Google for "iOS 6: Understanding Location Services" and follow the first link to "HT5467". If you are using iOS 4 or 5, there are links there to info about them too. I seems to make sense, but I don't have an iPhone.
