23 years ago on the 13 March 1996 a gunman entered a primary school in Dunblane, Scotland and shot 16 children and their teacher.

We know how it feels to lose innocent, defenceless members of a community.

It doesn’t seem to matter what gun controls are in place these horrific events still happen

Rest in peace.
