Look over there at allowing corruption whilst we prevent journalists from investigating government and whistleblowers from raising hidden issues.

It will be a criminal offence for a whistleblower to raise concerns about "the Advanced Research and Invention Agency, which will spend £800m of public money funding high-risk research, and the proposed new Heath Services Safety Investigations Body (HSSIB), which will look at anything going wrong in healthcare that may have implications for patient safety"
