And now resigned - just so deeply embarrassing for his family, friends and colleagues.

I like a bit of tractor porn myself but should MPs be looking at tractors or conventional porn when in the house of commons ?

I swear it’s that little Britain meme…. And how the mp accidentally did a whole lot of bad stuff..

So after the first time was purely accidental… it was so enticing that he went back and looked at it again….

I dunno, this seems extremely far down the list of sleazy shit the Tories get upto. For sure he shouldn't have been doing it. But could be much much worse.

We actually have no idea what sort of porn this man was watching. Also, I as a female don't want a male work colleague watching porn next to me, how the fuck dare he.

MP watches a few seconds of porn and it's headline news for 2 days and will be headlines again tomorrow...

Meanwhile over 40k r*pes are reported each year and barely a squeek of publicity. No headlines in that I suppose.... Unless an MP is involved.

If there's one story that highlights why we are where we are it is exactly this story.

Has anyone here gone onto fab whilst at work? Some would consider this to be the same. Explicit content being viewed in the work place. I know many people have, possibly caught and not resigned from their jobs. This is profile v activity.

More of the same running the country into the ground and getting rich from disaster capitalism.

I suppose it's a break from "those immigrants in that small boat are the reason we have housing issues, NHS issues etc. Nothing to do with the government, we have absolutely no power over these things. Keep looking at those people in the rubber dinghy".

Slightly off piste but over 350k immigrants a year are going to put a strain on any resource... That's over 3 entirely new towns needed every year.

That aside... Its the media putting it as headlines... Now he shouldn't have done it... He owned up and quit... Probably should move on now. If all the men / women who looked at porn at work quit there would be quite a lot looking for work. I just fail to see why this has been headlines for 2 days. There are so many other things that impact more people that need to be highlighted. The ready access to porn from phones might be one of them.

Family of Paul Rusesabagina are filing a lawsuit in US for alleged false imprisonment in Rwanda on made up charges. He’s the guy portrayed in the film hotel Rwanda.

He’s an American citizen but a private jet which was taking him to Burundi diverted and landed in Rwanda all at the direction of the government.

Pretti Useless says the penniless vulnerable migrants will be safe even though a well known life saver isn’t.

So let’s keep that off the front pages with a porn watching MP.

Not sure about Profile V.

But is certain that most on here have taken a sneaky (or longer while pulling one off in Trap2) at mucky movies or adult oriented sites like here.

Bit stupid where he opened pages, which was either accidentally or with intent to offend - maybe sheer stupidity?

What I really want to know, is which tractors he was searching for, or was it really Animal Farm? - some of you will be old enough to.know.

Tears are still fake though..

It was just an example. Thank you for demonstrating how effective it is.

I agree with the rest. It's a shitty thing he did. But pales in comparison to everything else the government gets up to.

We have three times that number in vacancies so we need the workers. If they pay more tax than they receive in benefit it’s not an issue as our population is ageing and with less workers we are going to all be paying far more in social taxes.

In my opinion he should not be using his phone in the chamber full stop. Just as staff at a desk or machine should be working so should he. I don’t care he was watching porn but the location is out of order and it is offensive if it’s visible in front of others. The chamber is more and more of a circus and out of touch with todays society with all the schoolboy jeering etc. They all need a good slap and told to get serious about the job and the problems we face. ( I’m not advocating violence I’m speaking metaphorically just in case anyone gets offended.)

I wonder what our working (tax paying) population would look like without immigration. It's a complex web.

On the porn question, there is a higher bar for MPs. It's a position of power and influence. Some of us have drink at lunchtime. I'd imagine a surgeon would be in trouble if they did.
