Social housing is generally run for no profit, but with the state of lots of the property, it is not time to increase rent to improve the properties and should social housing be means tested.
I have worked on the Southern Housing estate, and it definitely needs investment, and some people really don't need the cheaper rent. |

And the not for profit organizations that bought them mean the profit should be re-invested not that they shouldn't make money.
You know for the good of people and society.
Not like water and rail where they've extracted and not cared about the national good, people who travel and drink.
