It looks like the various bits of Democrat lawfare against Trump have further unravelled.
The Georgia Election Interference case is now on hold pending a Georgia Court of Appeals ruling on whether to disqualify DA Fani Willis due to her past romantic relationship with a special prosecutor she appointed. There were allegations that she overpaid the prosecutor and in return he paid for their holidays together.
Meanwhile a New York appeals court this week overturned the $515 million civil fraud judgment against Trump in a civil fraud lawsuit, ruling the penalty excessive and unconstitutional under the Eighth Amendment’s protection against excessive fines. The court upheld Trump’s liability for fraud but vacated the financial penalty, marking a significant legal victory for Trump.
Meanwhile, the DA who brought the civil fraud case against Trump, Letitia James, is now herself being investigated for mortgage fraud which is punishable by up to thirty years in prison.
Pretty obvious that many of these cases against Trump were politically motivated, and would be thrown out on appeal.

Absolutely. And because Trump has never said anything to suggest he would ever use his power to go after his political enemies, we can be absolutely sure that all of this is totally legitimate and above board.
It's always nice to see such a fundamentally decent person finally get rewarded for the tremendous integrity they've consistently displayed, not to mention their personal warmth, maturity and above all respect for not only every person he deals with no matter their status or background, but also the institutions that uphold the democracy he now presides over.

Slow down there with the old propaganda there buck… a few things there!
1) in the Georgia election interference case it’s just the head DA that would be removed, because it’s a state case whoever the new DA was could still just move on the case….
Plus you are still trying to tell us not to believe our ear when he asked the Georgia Secretary of State to find 11,780 votes… unless we were all deaf! 
2) in the New York case, the actual conviction was NOT overturned… it was the compensatory amount that was deemed to be excessive!
So what they will do now is come up with a lower amount! He didn’t get off the case not paying anything! |

And the senior people at the FBI last week who all got fired for no reason…..but the common denominator was they had all worked on January 6th cases

So which republican do you think should not have been jailed, because last time I checked, every one that was actually charged with something was found guilty by a jury of their peers… probably why trump fought so hard to delay his trials at every stage! |
