Honestly, I don’t think Putin has anything on Trump.
Trump just wants to be Putin — the brutal, paranoid strongman who silences critics and controls everything through fear.
The thing is, Putin’s a cold, calculating dictator; Trump’s just an insecure wannabe who mistakes chaos for power. |

I read a theory that Russians may have stuff on Melania, which is possible; she grew up in a USSR adjacent country, & a former model, so maybe kompromat material there??
Also saw some clips of Russian news where, when talking about Trump, would show pics of them together & Melania.
Sounds possible to me... |

I don’t think that’s likely — Trump consistently exhibits traits of a narcissist, and someone like that wouldn’t prioritise Melania’s needs over his own. Unless, of course, that evidence also implicates him. |

Both are narcissists. Trump hoped to pacify Putin both by being friendly and by using verbal threats. Putin didn't respond to either.
Now Trump has to either use economic sanctions which his corporate lobbyists won't like or get into a war which will affect his Nobel Prize ambitions.
So he basically has submitted to Putin. |

There have been rumours and online conspiracy speculation that Trump was caught in a KGB honey trap sting back in the 1980s. Old Vlad was a middle ranking KGB officer back then but the files would have been kept when the KGB became the FSB. Too good an asset to pass on. |

Trump would have been a potentially valuable asset to Soviet intelligence even without any subsequent political aspirations. The KGB/FSB, as with all intelligence services, play the long game. A potential source of information or other purpose is better than not having the option. Putin seems to have gotten lucky. Crystal balls not required just patience. |

Putin probably is just more effective in what he does than the orange 1. He also has his state 100% geared up to his requirements. Trump is more erratic and isn't fully behind beating him. I'm uncertain that he's not just lazy. |

Lots of people seem to think that the forum software here doesn't allow the posting of the word "rape", and that "grape" is an acceptable alternative that doesn't trivialise the matter in any way. |

Nothing. Donal has benefitted from Russians spending more than the asking price buying his overpriced apartments in Trump Tower so some reason. I think Putin does not have anything apart knowing Trump is as about as bright as a dead raccoon on Route 66. |
