Any directors had and email/letter from GOV about having digital id before 12 Nov? I been told I have to have it to submit conformation statement and annual book for my company's. I think this is just another step to total control over us, next it will be employees |

I am actually in favour of much better controls around company formation and management. There is a huge fraud problem created by anonymous company formation and it would be greatly reduced by much identity verification. |

You are confusing this post, which is about the requirement to prove your identity in order to run a business in the UK (specifically for filing documents to Companies House), and Digital ID for everyone.
Having to prove identity for Companies House is a very good idea and should have been implemented a long time ago.
There are arguments for and against Digital ID for everyone. |
