Sounds sensible, reducing costs for hard working American taxpayers.
This could be a good idea for the refurbishment of the UK Parliament, which could cost as much as £40 billion and take 60 years. We could ask foreign businesses to donate materials. I’m sure there would be no shortage of volunteers from all the countries we have given foreign aid to in the past.
Maybe we could issue “Parliament Bonds” to the public who I’m sure will leap at the opportunity to provide our representatives with an environment befitting their performance and status. |

Trump claimed that it would all be privately funded, remember? So who is the donor and what Presidential favours do they get for their donation? |
