Reform UK local election candidate was twice disciplined by Tories over ‘racist comments’?

Conservatives disowned Derek Bullock in 2023 after he allegedly used racial slur to call for people of Pakistani heritage to be shot.

A complete bunch of wrong uns.

Yes appointed as a trustee, January 2025.

Needs to cover his tracks doesn’t he…

Previously, in March 2020, Bullock faced disciplinary action from the Tories after it was alleged an article from an anti-Muslim activist’s “JihadWatch” had been posted on his Facebook.

And in another post, from February 2015, he was alleged to have shared a news article with the headline ‘Number of Muslim children in England and Wales doubles in a decade’, adding the comment ‘the clock is ticking’.

You'll find Trustees of any charity are vetted before appointment- they don't appoint themselves.

Glad to see you correctly use the word 'alleged'. Wouldn't want anyone to think this was another desperate smear job would we ?

There are *plenty* of other examples out there. An awful lot of ‘smear jobs’. The Margarine Party.

There certainly are, such as the Labour Leader of Basildon who posted an antisemitic AI video recently, not 'alleged' but admitted and 'apologised'.

Or the numerous SNP and Green candidates who have had to resign or be removed recently for reasons ranging from fraud to racism to 'inappropriate behaviour'.

But heh, what about the 'alleged' racism of a candidate who is Trustee of a local Asian charity.

Reform as far as I see haven’t topped 30%. That’s even less support than Starmer got with his lame ‘victory’ in 2024.

Sooooo popular!

And even more non racists out there thankfully

I'm not so sure about that. Quite a lot of the genuine racists have defected to Restore Britain. I'd say that Reform's membership is getting less racist as time goes on.

Very sad ,, and I fear it will be worse than that at The Local Elections in May , because judging by actual local by-election results reform seem to be doing better and I suspect ( my opinion) anyone wanting reform to win "will" vote whereas others only "might" vote , and with the generally low turn out this does suit parties who can get their voters out on the day, hope I am wrong but fear I will be correct ,,

Difficult to understand it.

Labour is doing such a good job. Economy booming. Starmer providing global leadership. Public services all improving by the day.

Maybe it’s just a communication problem.

The right have a massive problem with racism currently.

Dressed up as 'legitimate concerns' about how many people have second language English.....you live in Britain you have Welsh and Gaelic first language speakers, do you not understand anything about this rock your mother happened to pop you out on?
