More good news. Add another one to the list. For me, the saddest fall from grace was Rudy Giuliani. As a prosecutor he figured out a way to dismantle the Mafia and as a Mayor he transformed New York from the shit hole it was to the place it is. Then he drank the Kool Aid and became Trump's biggest fanboy, then lost his law license and went bankrupt. Obviously Fat Donnie discarded him like a used tissue because loyalty only goes one way with him. |

The BBC case has just started going through the system.. he filed the claim in Miami so it will go through the system down there..(reason he did it there is that uk deformation law says it can only be challenged within 1 year, Florida law is 2years) the BBC have applied to have the case thrown out under jurisdiction …. Saying since it was never shown in the states it can’t be challenged there
It’s going to be interesting and novel to see how they are going to make the case that it harmed his reputation specifically in Florida, which is what he is going to have to prove, since it was 18 months after the allegation and the programme was never shown or legally available to view in the US |
