He isn't a convicted sex offender. He was found liable in a civil case, but that doesn't count as a conviction. Any paper referring to him as a convicted sex offender will very quickly go bust. |

It hasn't been proven. A liability judgement is based on the preponderance of doubt, not on absolute proof. What he was found liable for doesn't meet the definition of rape in this country. Any UK media describing him as a "proven rapist" will be facing him in court very quickly. |

But we're not weighing up the difference between US and UK law are we. What he was found liable for doesn't count as rape in the UK, and it didn't count as rape in the state in which the case was heard. It hasn't been proven, and it wasn't rape.
Again, there are so many things that Trump can be attacked for. Why make stuff up? |

I love it when people say this.. because it’s all excuses to negate and lessen the severity of what he was found liable of….
So they are right in the fact that it wasn’t 1st degree SA (the R word) because under New York law that acts only relates to a penis being inserted without consent
What he was found Liable of was 2nd SA… which in this case was forcibly inserting his fingers into her without consent!
I mean what one of us hasn’t done that! Am I right???? (I am being facetious! )
So let’s scream it loud and proud… Donald J Trump was found liable… beyond a reasonable probability ( which under New York Law is 51%) of both 2nd degree SA by forcibly inserting his fingers into her without his consent (I don’t think we can say that enough!) and of defamation of her by alleging that she was not telling the truth when she said that he committed 2nd SA by forcibly inserting his fingers into her without consent! (Which I don’t think we say that enough!)
Both unanimous verdicts made by a jury of his peers……
And yet… some people are still trying to excuse the fact that he was found guilty of 2nd degree SA for forcibly inserting his fingers into a woman without her consent (which I don’t think we have said enough!)… based on “semantics”

They just say “he is not a “r word” and leave it at that like there is a presumption of innocence!
I don’t care if he used a penis, or fingers, or a dildo, or a bottle…. If he forcibly put it inside her without her consent… that all the same to me… and should be given the same level of utter contempt!

He’s a convicted felon, on 34 charges of business fraud.
The sexual assault / r-word was when he sued EJ Carroll for calling him that, and the judge decided that he had no case, as he did sexually assault her.
So a judge did decide that he was, but not whilst he was on trial for that crime.
So acknowledged , rather than convicted sex offender. |
