It beggars belief the Beeb have tracked down one of the most prolific people smugglers found guilty in France I think now he has been found to be living in the UK for quite some while whilst seeking asylum here. He appears to be working and running business after making millions from smuggling and no doubt we tax payers are picking up a tab for him. Put the fooker into a small rubber dinghy with a rocket attached and fire him back over the channel. |

It's the sheer contempt he has for this country that I find staggering. Not only did he make a fortune shipping people over hear, once he got in trouble in France he comes here himself and uses the same tactic of false identity as he no doubt advised his previous customers to use. He like many have found it so easy to work the system and we all get to pay for him via tax. The BBC seem to be shining a light on this and showing up our border controls or lack of them. |

At this point, we should stop blaming the people who are misusing it. We should point fingers at the politicians for creating such a system that can be exploited to this level. Of course, they will point fingers at the refugee conventions like it's a religious text one should not stray away from. |

The system is a national embarrassment exposing how easy it is abused. Personally I do also point the finger at this particular individual and all the others like him. He is knowingly falsifying his claim, working illegally, driving illegally and in his own words doesn't care he is ripping off the tax payers. Some human rights lawyers will probably defend him as well at our expense |

im not surprised at all.
we welcome and look after grooming gangs, enjoy seeing children brutally beaten and sexually abused. so why not welcome these convicted people smugglers.
they drive around without a license, open and close businesses, pay no taxes and still carry on with the police turning a blind eye so not to be called racist.
you or I behave like this and its years inside and a lengthy sentence at that.
people are to blame for being too soft and caring about others rights instead of our own.
because if you did care youd tell your mp that for all sex offences against children the death penalty should be on the table and people who are criminals would not be welcome here and should face automatic deportation without delay.
you only stop these types coming her by making it unsafe to do so.
