Just a few words to say Happy Christmas to all.
I'm away in Australia for three weeks, so won't be around.
Many thanks for your company in 2017. You have all been incisive, frustrating, knowledgeable, pedantic but most of all, good company.
We don't always agree, but we all learn things from being on here, so I'll see you all in 2018.

Alas we never learn from past abuses. Government's just don't have the appetite to pass legislation that will truly protect the ordinary people. But they accommodate the tax Dodgers with all the "overseas territories" - nothing changes unfortunately. |

First holiday I've had for 2 years! And I'm watching England "play" cricket, so holiday is a bit of a loose term!  |
