I've just heard on the radio there won't be a no deal unless MPs vote for it.
Also MPS are advised not to travel alone thus week because they will be targets for brexit extremists.

I think it is how the media is interpreting her comments.
The transcript of her statement is on the dot.gov website.
"But if the House does not approve the Withdrawal Agreement this week, our departure will instead be extended only to 11pm on 12th April.
"At this point we would either leave with No Deal, or we would “indicate a way forward before this date for consideration by the European Council”.
"If this involved a further extension, it would certainly mean participation in the European Parliamentary elections."
And:
"There are many different views on the way forward, but I want to explain the options as I understand them.
"The default outcome continues to be to leave with No Deal.
"But this house has previously expressed its opposition to that path, and may very well do so again this week.
"The alternative is to pursue a different form of Brexit or a Second Referendum.
"But the bottom line remains, if the House does not approve the Withdrawal Agreement this week, and is not prepared to countenance leaving without a deal we will have to seek a longer extension. She's gonna have to come back and clarify what she is actually saying.
She says both:
a) The default position in law is to leave, without a deal if necessary
b) The UK cannot leave without a deal unless Parliament approves that
Both things cannot be right, surely?

exactly but have just seen that the default position to leave has been moved until the 12th as a50 was extended.Its not in the uks power to say we cannot leave with no deal it is eu law if we dont get a deal its no deal. |

Yes, the UK signed up to moving the exit date from March 29 to April 12. But nothing else has changed. If she cannot get her deal through, the UK leaves without one - unless she does a U-turn. Again.

exactly but have just seen that the default position to leave has been moved until the 12th as a50 was extended.Its not in the uks power to say we cannot leave with no deal it is eu law if we dont get a deal its no deal."
Yes then that's where a BIG extension comes into play unless MP's decide to no deal the Country. |

I dont think mps would revoke a50 there was only 80 that voted for a second referendum and to revoke it would reflect upon them even worse. |

Revocation needs to come from the Government.
The EU doesn't deal directly with the legislature, only the executive.
In theory, Parliament can demand revocation and the Government can refuse.
That would be a political crisis, not a legal one.

Maybe the BBC isn't reporting the benefits of Brexit, because there aren't any, not because of some left wing conspiracy.
But if you wish to keep your tin foil hat firmly in place, you're free to carry on believing anything.
On a side note, the BBC give way more airtime to UKIP and Farage than they do to Caroline Lucas and the greens. Both parties hold one seat, yet the far right party are included on more question times than a party trying to save the planet. That should give you an idea of where the Beeb stand.
