There are 1.8 billion Muslims in the world ( 25% of the world population). Even if it was 0.001 percent committing atrocities such as has happened in recent years in UK, France , Spain , Sri Lanka , Turkey , Bosnia , NZ, Australia , USA, Nigeria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iraq , Syria, Russia, Canada, Kenya, Somalia, Yemen, Pakistan, Egypt , Tunisia , Denmark , Morocco, Cameroon , India, China etc etc etc etc that’s a lot of scum committing mass murder in the name of Islam . Which other religion in modern times has members who commit such widespread murder in its name ?. Do tell

It seems the Palestinians refuse to consider the deal or even speak to the trump administration. In the end , the only ones to resolve this are the US, the Israelis , the Palestinians and sectors of the Arab world . If they refuse to talk or negotiate, then what ,?.

Now you are getting it. I stated at the start that I had absolutely no love of religion because of what has been done in it's name over the centuries.

In the modern and civilised western world most religions have caught up, we even have women clergy and gay marriage.

When Islam catches up maybe there will be less to fear but while Islam inspires some of it's followers to execute gay men and women, kill and slaughter others, subjugate it's womenfolk and reacts with levels of violence and destruction when someone simply draws a picture of their God I will be in fear of it and all it espouses.

Why do some Christians refuse to accept gay marriage ? Why did catholic terrorists kill Protestants in NI? Why did Protestant terrorists kill catholic’s in NI? Why did Hindus kill Muslims in India ? The answer, which I will never live to see is that for Islam to successfully integrate alongside western culture it needs to drag itself out of the stone age and embrace the 21st century.

Muslims have integrated alongside western culture , You only have to look at the way some of the young Muslims dress the way they socialise etc. I have Muslim friends, work colleagues who enjoy and embrace the sane things I do but still maintain their Islam values

I am just thankful the younger generation are better educated on the subject. You were obviously educated in the 1970s , things have changed .

Only a couple of centuries back the Catholic church and other religions were burning people at the stake, hang drawing and quartering criminals, torturing people on the rack and goodness only knows what else. Thankfully that does not happen in the modern world.

It's now 2020 and followers of Islam are using their laws to cut of peoples heads and hands, burying women up to their necks then stoning them to death, hanging gay men and women and all of it's totally legal and sanctioned by their judicial systems.

If any other religion put forth the notion that we should hang gay people the 'woke' world would self combust but when Islam does it the 'woke' world gives it a free pass.

Are you suggesting that in the Islamic world people are not being beheaded or having their hands cut off? Or that gay men and women are not being hanged? Or that women are not subjugated and oppressed?
