As a child things were tight sometimes but sunday dinner was homemade soup, either chicken, pot roast brisket, occasionally a silverside joint with creamy mash, roasties and seasonal buttered veg... happy days  |

Keeping it fairly simple with Roast pots, sliced greens, and carrots and a home made gravy.
Why complicate things?
