If you care to delve into the differences between Level 3, and 2, and 1, you'll quickly realise that they are a complete nonsense, and evidence if it was really needed, that Sturgeon has lost her marbles, along with the £600k, or is that her hubby?
Personally, I'll continue doing what I've been doing for months, going where I want, when I want.
