Recently tried Chicken in strawberrys with plum sauce, odd yet nice, it tasted great, even better if have duck with the strawberrys and plum sauce,anyone else try something diffrent and enjoyed recently? Foodwise i mean,lol

Laine that was a staple in my house when I was growing up ohh I loved it when my mum used to shout who wants a miners piece fir tea??

Altho not often on toast it was always on thich fresh made and sliced bread

i do a lot of out door stuff and always take pieces on jam for my lunch no butter on the bread just jam.

and i dont like cheese of any sort yucky stuff.

been on a diet recently and was experimenting with a chicken fillet and a muiller light lemon yougart

marinated the chicken in it then cooked it with the chicken served with lemon rice and was fabby xxxxxx

this is what i had everyday when i got home from school when i was in primary one. always on mothers pride bread lol. i was a product of 80's drumchapel psml, and this 'meal' was probably why we were taken off our parents

Go to a wee tapas bar in glasgow and they do black pudding with mashed pears omg its yummy mmmmm lol xxxxx

Favourite breakfast is Smoked Crispy Bacon and Banana either on rolls or sandwiches.

Sounds disgusting but it's amazing........don't knock it til you've tried it.

Years ago, when a student and on hols in France....We made packet soup with white wine!...

...Well the wine was cheaper than bottled water,and well we had heard of adding wine in cooking, so thought what the heck.

Turned out quite nice!...or was that the rest of the wine kicking in???

OOOhhhh to be young again! x

dipping yer brown bread corned beef sarnies into coffee rocks! found it as a kid for a dare. brilliant!
