Do the women who have read 50 shades of grey now feel more submissive, and want to experiment with the kinkier side of sex after reading it?

"Been there, tried it from both sides, will never read the books XxX MT"

i have flicked thru them in waterstones and watched a recent documentary, really couldn't understand what all the fuss was about and struggle to believe that so many women were suddenly 'awoken' to bdsm

once they had read it. Still not sure whether its a good thing or a bad thing that its now made it more mainstream, but it could mean that more women find their way on to the fetish scene, so thats a positive I reckon.

ayrshire

I think there will be a lot of dusty whips and jiggle balls lying at the back of women's cupboards by now.

I did end up reading the books and found them a little boring and repetitive. Actually found myself skipping past a lot of the sex bits and that's not like me.

So no it didn't turn me into a sub.

ffs, thought 50 shades had died a death.

Why it would make anyone feel submissive is beyond me. It's utter tat.

Loved the books.

But still would not let anyone tie me up.

Pleasure to me is no pain whatsoever.
