So im starting to see reasons why i should upgrade my mobile.

Mostly due to battery life

So other than apple what new phone would people recommend when considering battery life and cost.

After all dont want peeking on fab through the day to drain my phone battery too much lol

Id prefer android not iPhone (sorry just prefer android based phones)

I'm a Galaxy S20 And has held up really well for being 3 years old now (it was delivered the first week of lockdown I remember) so I would support above with the suggestion of an S22. Pixel seems to be good too and more "pure" in terms of the Android OS.

Same "pure" comment for a OnePlus - which is what I have and can highly recommend. Get a LOT of hardware for your money...

Suppose we first should have asked what you have at the moment, so we know what else to suggest - what *do* you have?

Look for MrWhosTheBoss on YouTube, he reviews phones in general and does benchmarks with a lot of them, he's also fairly impartial.

It all really depends on what you want from them and how much you want to spend.

I was always a SONY person, but recently got a Google Pixel 7 Pro and love it.

But I believe Samsung are the torch-bearers for Android devices and what others aspire to emulate. The OnePlus range gets good reviews too.

No idea, I'm lost. Damn Sat nav!

I swapped from Galaxy to iPhone last year and can’t wait to change back to Galaxy .

I also think the camera on a Galaxy is brilliant

Totally agree, work changed my phone to an iPhone and personally think it’s rubbish. The camera is poor and very little zoom, also operating system is terrible compared to Android. Would love my old Samsung S8 back
