I met a lady the other night and things were going very very well. She said that she didn't want me to use a condom for normal sex but insisted on condoms for anal.
I insisted on using condoms for both regardless. What is the difference in being safe for anal but not vaginal? A cleanliness point of view maybe? |

From an STD point of view, due to the risk of lacerations being far higher in anal (lack of lube etc. means you can easily cause bleeding), some STD's like hep-C and HIV can be transmitted *marginally* (key word here) more easy via anal than vaginal.
Then again, vaginal fluids can contain far higher amounts of certain other infections, so it's far MORE dangerous for them STD's.
Moral of this tale: if you fuck strangers without using condoms, prepare for an unpleasant trip to the STD clinic, and possibly, some very, very bad news. |
