I did it on Sunday. Almost recovered, right knee still a bit sore and stiff but had bother with it for ages, wear and tear. Haha really glad I did it though.

Sunday kiltwalk completed wearing my cage and jockstrap. Some chafing but a wee bit vaseline cured it...
