Curious about kink? New to play? Looking to brush up on your consent skills or try something new in a safe, welcoming space?
😈Join us at The Ecclesia on Sunday 18th May for our Kink 101 afternoon — a relaxed, educational intro to BDSM and kink play for all experience levels.
Event structure:
🔥2pm–5pm – Workshop (Free / Donations welcome)
• 🗣️Group discussion on consent and negotiation in kink, including how it differs from swinging
• 🥽 Exploration of SSC (Safe, Sane, Consensual) and RACK (Risk-Aware Consensual Kink)
• 🪢⚡️Breakout mini tasters: Rope, Electroplay, Sensation Play and more depending on numbers!
A great way to build confidence, ask questions, and meet others in a respectful, low-pressure setting.
🥵 5pm–8pm – Stay & Play Afterparty (£10 flat fee)
Stick around after the workshop to explore the venue and put your curiosity into action in a safe, supportive environment.
Staff will be available throughout to assist and answer questions.
All playrooms on one floor. BYOB as always (our team will happily pour).
All genders, bodies, and orientations welcome. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or wanting a soft re-entry into kink, this is for you.

Yes we will be! We currently have a rope workshop and a heat workshop (wax play and fire cupping) scheduled, but the Kink 101 will be recurring  |
