Correct.

Sub 60 would be great, but I had an injury, so I'd be happy with an hour.

You?

Was good and happy enough with run and time after a week away eating not so very well haha

57.55 , 7 mins slower than last year but a week of fry ups in the sun will do that to a man

30 seconds slower unfortunately, but ended injury free, so that's a bonus. Fastest 5k this year too.

Thanks, I've already looked on there. Was more after recommended events really, as I saw one that I fancied but then when I looked into it, everyone was saying it's not a good event. I'm from North Wales originally so know the good and not so good events there very well.

There is the Scottish 10k in Aug/Sept but it's just outside Edinburgh. Ran it a few times, flat and good environment

Then there is the Great Scottish Run 10k in Oct in Glasgow, it's my favourite 10k! Can't really go wrong with this one!

Will probably sign up for the mens 10k in Edinburgh in oct

Mens 10K in Edinburgh is September 21st, with the Great Scottish 2 weeks later. I'm doing the 10K and then the Half Marathon in Glasgow.
