Don’t go with any expectations beyond enjoying a hot tub / steam and enjoying the view. Everything beyond that is a bonus .
Be prepared to politely say no thanks and keep walking as there’s bound to be some people there who aren’t your type.

Try my write-up below.
Bits of it are out-of-date such as the 'must wear towel'. It was written when we were coming out of lockdown. NOW they have no-towel nights.
Will give you an idea of what to expect. A bit of it is specific to Pipeworks in Glasgow but the bones are there
Go for sauna & steam and, if available, a jacuzzi, being able to look at a man without risking a smack in the gob. No pressure to do anything.
If the link doesn't work, go to Forum at the top left, and from there you will see a search box at top left.

If you go, as said by others, just soak up the atmosphere and watch body language. If someone gets in your space a gentle no/shake of the head will 90% of the time be very accepted.
I find in a new place spending some time in each soace...sauna, steam, jacuzzi etc JUST watching is good. You get the lie of the land and the flow of bodies.
If you spot a tasty person don't stalk. Just trust that you will also get noticed.
Have fun
