We are a couple who are in the lifestyle. We live in the midlands but we love Scotland.
Chris is trying to convince Vicky to move here.
We love the cairngorms
I am trying to convince Vicky to buy a place up here with land. Cottage and a barn. We could convert the barn to a social/play space. Organise meets for people off fab or other sites. Who are verified. A safe space in a private residence that you a relax in. Nights that are for straight.
Nights that are for people who are bi. Tv. Cd. Gay
No judgment just a time to relax and be who you want to be.
Bring your own beer.
Bbqs
Socials
Play/tutorial nights
Maybe make up tips and assistance for guys who want to dress.
Charge a small entrance fee
Possible rooms for people who want to stay.
Not a club. But a place you can relax in
The question I ask Is would this be of interest |

All sounds great but have you ever lived up here? It's a different way of life, when the winter sets in depending on where you are you can be stuck inside and unable to travel with rain, sleet, snow and hurricane winds, all this stops people travelling to you and if you are lucky in the winter you need get a couple of people at the weekends, then theres the summer with the midges out in force which also
Puts people off! And then theres the locals especially born and bred older ones that when the word gets out will alienate you and make you life a misery, and believe me they can be brutal especially to outsiders especially the older Christian ones. Lots to think about, also charging a small fee could end up with you facing charges of running a brothel, and what about a job? How are you going to earn an income? Yes lots to think about! Yes it all sounds great, but it's a long way to come to fail! I hate to be negative but as someone who has a lot of property up here I know what the pitfalls are especially keeping in with the locals. |

Absolutely fab idea…. But please do the sums…. Do the due diligence…. Do not expect to make a living ….. ensure you are getting income from another source…. It could be a great side hustle….. carry on regardless and I would be more than happy to be your first customer … and I will bring a few friends ….

I do too, its absolutely stunning and incredible to explore. Fuck staying there though. As Vapman already said, its not all rainbows and butterflies. The A9 alone is reason enough to not do it! |

I’d be interested to use a place like this . The more remote likely less customers in poorer weather . Finding somewhere 30 mins from Perth Glasgow or Edinburgh may help be busier but still in countryside . |

Sounds a lovely idea. Others above have shared problems but if you have the will to make it happen I'm sure you can find a fun place. Making sure it is conscious and feels safe to play will be important. A hot tub would be fun. Xx chris |
