Awoke yesterday to a quiet house after a week of bedlam
Decided to go for a walk to clear my head, I have suffered from PTSD and crippling anxiety for over a decade now.
Twenty miles out in the hills with nothing but me and the wildlife.
I used to get really amorous in these situations however, when your out in the wilderness on your own it’s not the same.
Anyway, enjoyed my walk, cleared my head an was able to make a few adjustments to my cognitive thinking for the first half of 2026.
Not a resolution per se but plans are now in place.
Ended 2025 with my first book being published on Amazon, speaking to Business Gateway in the New Year to get my business plans off the ground.
THEN
I can concentrate on getting a life back.
Used to enjoy this site back in the day, need to start putting myself about again
Anyhoo hope you all had a great Christmas and wish you all a happy New Year.
Look after yourselves and your families and be seeing you in 2026

I used too love the solitude feeling of being out in the hills, just me and my dogs, or i do a bit of mountain biking, i was always working on building sites and around people so really enjoyed being on my own, the past 18months or so ive changed work kind of and mostly im alone all day, now im actual wanting too meet other people so been sticking to more busier places. |
