Strava routes - you can drill down to weekly heat maps showing what areas have been ridden recently. You may need to be a member - costs around £60 for a year but if you want lots of mapping options it’s well worth it |

Maybe a bit far as it’s in Clackmannan but the old railway track now cycle route/path from Clackmannan to Dunfermline is a decent one to do for getting back into the saddle. No traffic on it bar farm vehicles very occasionally. About 17 miles each way. |
