Go easy a slow build up not just a hard pump, it shouldn't hurt, a intense sensation but not outright pain. Use lube for a good seal. Id only use around 5-8 mins better to do short sessions than use for 45 mins and be bruised and numbness. Any good pump will have a quick release mechanism. |
