Going to be staying at the boxy merchant city in a few weeks on a Thursday night. Any suggestions of good places to go for a drink or some food. Will be on my own so maybe somewhere where I won’t stick out like a sore thumb.

Good pubs around there are Kentigern's, Rab Ha's, The Amsterdam, and Babbity Bowsters has a good sized beer garden as well. Turkiye Efes is great for food, Green Gates, Obsession of India and Charcoals are good for Indian. There's also Swadish which is a posher Indian. Santa Lucia is a great Italian place too. |

The riding rooms is always good to go along to as entertainment every night.
Glasgow has some amazing places to eat out half the fun is just stumbling across one and trying it out.. who knows it might become a favourite.  |
