I haven’t heard women raving about Irish males but hopefully a Scottish female will answer that.

I used to go to Ireland on holiday and found the Irish women very friendly. There are a lot of really good looking women there.

In Scotland I think Edinburgh women come closest to this. But that’s just an opinion.
