Hello again
A couple of answers:
1-Although we said 2-7, we will probably stay longer if everyone is in the mood and feeling fit to keep going for longer 
2- If you wish to arrive later just tell us, it is not mandatory to arrive at 2 and you dont have to be here to the end, its not a locked room 
if you wish an hour or a couple of hours then its cool as long as we know to make space to stagger arrival time and fit more people in.
