Always confuses me how some people put meeting request in to meet guys but there profile says they're not looking for single males............ so you can't e-mail them. WTF, how's that ever going to work. lol

Maybe clicked single male option by accident or maybe for that one meet they genuinely do want a singe male but not changed filter option.
