No ladies club teams in Scotland, although there is a Scottish Ladies national side. Most ladies in Scotland play on the many recreational sides in Scotland.
You should off course adopt your local club side, the Edinburgh Capitals, but expect them to lose frequently.  |

Can't wait for the new season.. Got a couple of pre season friendlies this weekend then into action next weekend.. Been a long summer without the hockey and no other decent sports to watch.. Braehead all the way |

Ice hockey is way more exciting than cricket, polo or baseball give a local team a try, you've got braehead clan in glasgow, Edinburgh capitals, Dundee stars or the fife flyers in the main league. It's got a great social side too |

not too forget the teams in snl like last years winners paisley pirates or the multitude of rec teams that play aswell
personaly i cant wait to get off bloody night shift so i can get back into training for our season starting in oct |

Or the very successful Solway Sharks who are playing in the English leagues and doing very well. They've signed some really good players and I'm contemplating travelling down to see them a few times through the season. |

Best signings for the season are by Fife Flyers and they look to be getting stronger all the time. 3rd season in EIHL and they will probably be a major force as the weeks go on. Still a massive bias towards English teams in this league though. |

Russia is not the force it was in the 80's since ussr broke up however you've omitted some fantastic hockey country's like Sweden an the chekz ...but for me personaly i'll always go for the canucks  |
