You've all seen them and shook yer heids probably. Some more clever than others.

Let's have them, genuine ones:

Tan Solo (tanning salon)

The Dogfather (dog walking folks)

Planet of the Grapes (wine shop)

El Passo (driving school)

A few to whet your appetite!

Saw an ad on the tv in the gym yesterday for a takeaway called Thai Pad.

I've also seen a laundrette called 'Soapies Choice', although given the subject of the film, maybe not such a brilliant idea!

Its not a parody but I'm always amused at how many hairdressers think 'curl up and dye' is a good name!

I know its a bit of an oldie now but I always though 'Specs in the City' was quite witty as well.

Thai pad is down from the playhouse. The one that triggered the thread for me was a burger van in Broxburn called 'the Bap Mobile'. Quality!! (Never tried their baps though)

That would make sense as my gym is just up the road (I know, I have a gym! LOL!)

The Bap Mobile is genuis! It would take a while for the novelty of saying 'to the bap mobile' every morning to wear off on me but I'm a bit of a kid that way!
