As a non-smoking couple, it absolutely is. As your lungs are coated with a tarry substance the smell is carried on your breath all the time. Our first ever meet off here was with a "non-smoking" couple. She was quite nervous and eventually went out of the pub for a cigarette! She had 3 before we went to our hotel and kissing her for us was impossible! |

Don't care who smokes or not. I used to and still occasionally when I'm d*unk. See folk that deliberately walk past smokers to cough or display their disgust, they should be beaten to death. |

I used to smoke, and kissing someone even after they have brushed their teeth, if you could imagine as a smoker licking a dirty ash tray, it's like that!!!Disgusting, get on the ecigs you dirty stinkers, or better still watch some you tube video about smoking and cancer, then use some will power!! To some it will matter, what we find funny is when folks who say they won't meet smokers contact us. When we point out we both smoke, they usually reply with "we do meet smokers and make exceptions"  |

I don't dispute that, and to be honest, I hate the smell and the taste, but am finding it really difficult to stop. But what really pisses me off are the people who lecture smokers, and worst among them are ex smokers! lol |

I have never even tried to smoke (how sad am I?) but I don't have a problem with smokers.
I don't see the need to lecture as they know the risks.
I always find smokers are considerate and don't smoke over me plus it's been a long time since I've kissed a smoker lol  |

Being a smoker .... and I know the risks ... It does kill.
So do a lot of other things .... over eating, worrying, drinking to name a few.
Can non-smokers just not meet smokers if they do not want to Can "models" not meet fat folk if they do not want to !!
Can we have sex with whom we want to ??? Thought that might be worth a shout rather than under "Meets, Events" pmsl

so what about people smoking e.cigs they puff out smoke and it has not be proven if there healty as an x smoker and now smoking e cigs does it count we meet smokers and allow to.smoke in our house just open a window and its gone no big deal as for the breath a mint will solve that problem |

wrong many can actually end up in far worse states. a close family friend gave up smoking last year down walking around the street before stopping after stopping for two months on an oxygen tank permanantly docs give her 8 months to live tired of all the smoking police simple you dont like it pass me by as we have a giggle outside  |
