There are a few nice places in bothwell for meals not too far from the hotel or your 10 mins from Hamilton town centre & there's plenty there. Enjoy your weekend xx

near Glasgow

Are there not a couple of good Italians in Hamilton? Is it Quarry Street, from the 'top cross' up past the station.

just walk along the street. plenty restaurants. Cricklewood is good but maybe best to book it. The one just up from it with glass fronting used to be called the Brasserie is lovely for cocktails x

Riva and Cricklewood are both really good. If your looking to socialise angels in Uddingston is pretty good at the weekend for a meal, drink and is open late. Have a good weekend.

There's a place up in Uddingston viewpark called the rolling barrel. Does great food and really reasonable. There's also world flame buffet in Uddingston . Cricklewood is lovely . Little more pricey and need to book. Or if looking for something special try Browns also in Uddingston. Really good food . Enjoy

The Blue Chili in Hamilton is a brilliant restaurant if you like Thai food. We've been umpteen times and have never been let down by the quality. It is small but that just makes it that wee bit more cosy.
