lots of things make me happy , little things the kids do or said that day , a song that makes me remember a good time in my life , cuddlin up with the one i luv an chillin out xxx  |

Lots of things make me happy, sometimes the smallest gesture or words can do it.
A wee phone call or an email from a friend, just saying Hi, how you doing?
A hug from someone, I love hugs.
Watching next doors dog and cat playing in the garden (together).
Flowers, specially when its not a birthday or occasion.
Being told I look nice and knowing they mean it.
Simple things really, but failing all of the above a large chilled glass of Pinot Grigio works lol

a million and 1 things make me happy
a smile or a kiss on the forehead from the guy i love or a wee squeeze of my hand,
when the kids go out and i have the house to myself
but the thing that makes me happiest is all the good memories i have |

Marlboro red ( proper American ones)
Ice cold red stripe larger.
Good homemade food.
Good company.
The smell of a turf fire.
watching people fall over.
My favorite song.
and Mrs Beez.

Knowing that my friends have been there when it counted.
Knowing I have not changed who I am, despite lifes trials and tribulations.
Seeing my friends happy, and contented.
Cooking a nice meal for my brother, and also my very good friend.
Good rock tunes, also the realisation that I have a right to be happy. |

After working away from home in the week.... the drive towards home to see Jo and the kids.... cant beat it!!
Even better if I manage to get my sites done early and can get home early
