Hello I have been to cjs before but as I am nearest Edinburgh I have wanted to try after 8 but heard mixed reviews not all gd

I'd say CJs wins hands down but After8 is good for a change now n then

Went to After8 after the Edin Social. Definately wont be going back. Might just have been wrong night to go but didn't make a good impression

I'd say go along to After 8 and see for yourself. Everyone will have a different view. X

We like after 8 and feel comfortable there. The staff care. We will go to cjs at some point.

Going to CJs for the first time tomorrow and very excited. Been to After8 once but wasn't impressed. Enjoy going to Aberdeen though, hoping CJs will be impressive and we can split our club visits between there and Aberdeen

We have been going to the after 8 for the last couple of years, we recommend the club. Everyone has their own opinions on what clubs are good and bad. You should try it for yourself, like anywhere it's what you make of the night.

Its also worth bearing in mind that no two nights in either venue are the same.

After8 seems to be taking a pasting in the forums lately: has anyone (constructively) fed back to the organisers? We only have a 3 or 4 clubs in Scotland so we should be trying to support them.

Well I finally ventured in the after 8 club .first impressions looks very small but intimate and nice we set up .but rooms very small

Shame we have met some good people. Think it could do with hosts to get it humming. We see newbies turn up and sit in the corner they need more interaction. People who are new to it are not great at getting into it, they lack confidence. I bet 100 couples are lost a year because of that.
