Ok, so obviously this is the best place to get medical advice....

Someone fix my neck please? Think it's a pulled muscle. Def not a trapped nerve, I've had that before...tried the usual painkillers etc etc.....

Acupuncture is good. GP will recommend Physio no doubt. But apply heat and that should help.

I know with sports injuries i rotate them. Ice pack then heat and vice versa for a bit. All to do with the fresh blood flow when you do the heats. Works well

Ayrshire /North lanarshire

Trapped a nerve in my neck couple of years back and the pain was excruciating for about 6 weeks. The pain was radiating down shoulder into arm and at one point I wanted to cut shoulder off . Strong anti inflammatory and pain killers didn't help. Only thing that helped was pysio therapy .

Avoid gp, will only give you meds which fuck with your gut and body anyway. Seek a massage therapist, osteopath, or like above said acupuncture.

You can start to do some neck movements and stretches yourself to help ease it.

There are other reasons for neck pain on an energetical level but you might think thats just hippie shit :p lol
