If memory serves, ONLY if the keys are in the ignition AND you are in the driving seat. Otherwise it would be illegal to sleep it off on the back seat.
As for DLT on a bike - a lovely pink one with stabilizers and tassels from the handle bars and a pretty pink basket on the handle bars should do him fine Mrs S  |

So... If you done for being charge of a bike, do you get points on your driving licence, and if you get banned from driving, can you still cycle to work? |

Your in charge of a vehicle if you have the keys on your person |

I thought that was common knowledge...if I'm d*unk or not I always try to cycle on the pavement if I can.....would rather have a collision with a soft squidgy pedestrian than a 2 ton chunk of hard steel edges!!!
Been stopped by the rozzers a couple of times for cycling on the pavement with no lights at night,once when I was half cut!
They just gave me the standard lecture n sent me on my way both times  |
