Josh is on a journey to cycle around the world to raise awareness of mental health problems. I have known him all the way through high school so to hear what he had planned I backed him all the way!

He sadly battles with this himself and attempted suicide last year. He has come a long way in a year and has already cycled over 1000 miles!

On his journey he made a campaign to feed the homeless for just £5 and smashed his first target of £1000 in just 6 hours! He is doing so well!

But today, he made a live Facebook video about being homesick and wanting to come home to do the homeless campaign here!

I'm just bringing awareness for anyone who hasn't seen him on TV or the newspapers. It would mean the world to him if you gave his page a wee like on Facebook and followed his journey with him.
