Club Noir is becoming noticably more mainstream these days.
There are posters all over Glasgow city centre. You wouldn't have seen that a couple of years ago when there was a decidedly 'underground' feel to Noir.

It's been in the Guinness Book of Records as the world's biggest burlesque club for two or three years now. Doesn't get much more mainstream than that!
